THINGS I LOVE THURSDAY

1. SPRING BREAK - Okay, yeah, and I know that you are probably saying to youself...well, who doesn't? But I must say that this Spring break that I am right smack dab in the middle of was well needed and it is being quite kind to me!
2. Aerobics - Yes, I said it...aerobics. I went to my aerobics class last night and I just want to say that it is very exhausting and it really makes me hurt, but it is a good hurt...is that an oxymoron or what? LOL. At any rate, it is a fun and motivating way to keep in shape!
3. Random acts of kindness from Allie - She has this thing where she just randomly comes up to me and gives me a hug and tells me that she loves me...it is so stinkin' sweet. I love that gal. She is all the time writing me little notes saying "I love you mommy. Love, Allie". I have to keep each and every one...so I always just add them to my stash under the bed. I usually keep one with me in my purse just to pull out from time to time so that I can be reminded just how much I am loved and needed by that little girl.
4. Blogging - Can I just say that it is so relaxing to be able to sit here and blog with my buddies..I like being able to express myself while also hearing what everyone else has to say too!
5. McDonald's Vanilla Ice Cream - LOL, yeah, it is the absolute best...so I think! Yummy....I am weak for ice cream anyway, much less McDonalds vanilla!

Life Lessons to Ponder

Lessons In Life To Think About...

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that was not ever supposed to let us down probably will. Maybe we become too confident in that one person and the fact that this person is the one that we rely on for everything, including guarding our feelings...maybe that is why it is so sad when they do let us down...becuase that bond of trust that we so strongly had has been slightly altered...
You will have your heart broken probably more than one time and it is harder every single time...no matter what we think or what we are told, a broken heart is not easier the more times it is broken...I think it is harder each time. Maybe this is because we *think* that we learn from previous heart breaks and mistakes so that it never happens again, only to find out that it does and there was nothing we could do about it.
You will break hearts too, so remember how it felt when your heart was broken...go easy. No matter what one may say, all hearts and feelings are fragile. I think many times karma will come back and bite, sometimes even harder than you bit in the first place..so be careful.
You will fight with your best friend.
You will blame a new love for things that an old one did. This is so hard *not* to do when you have walls up that you are trying to let down...and trust that you are trying to gain or regain in a person...you know familiar territory and you automatically will relate that familiar territory to the territory of an old love and what he or she did to you...just be careful NOT to jump to conclusions...
You will cry because time is passing too fast. It is inevitable that no matter what you are doing there is always another stage in life *ahead* of you that you so desperately want to get to...not stopping to take the time and enjoy the time that you are currently living in and the stages that you are living through...Don't wish your life away.
You will eventuallly lose someone that you love. Death is inevitable and it will eventually hit home with each one of us...taking someone that we so desperately love...and there will always be that one thing you should have said or that one thing you should have done for that person or with that person...and it is too late because he or she has been taken from us...Live each day as if it is your last...don't let things go unsaid or undone.
So, take too many pictures, laugh too much and love like you have never been hurt because every 60 seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you will never get back.
Don't be afraid that your life will end-
Be afraid that it will never begin!

Okay, so the last two Wednesday's that I have blogged I have done the whole google idea with my name and some verb to follow...sabrina needs...sabrina likes...so I am addicted to this. Sabrina has little money to prosecute the lawsuit herself - OKAY, TRUE THAT I HAVE LITTLE MONEY, BUT WHAT LAWSUIT? UH-OH, AM I IN TROUBLE?
Sabrina has had her KIDNEY Transplant- YAY, I HAD A SUCCESSFUL TRANSPLANT AND I DID NOT EVEN KNOW IT! LOL.

Memory Lane Monday-April 9th

Just yesterday (Easter) I went down to Georgia to see my family. I always love doing this because I love my family and miss being able to hang out with all of them together, the way that we once did. Well, we also were blessed with a visit from my first cousin, Chad. He came out to my mom and dads and we all just sat around and talked about "old times". Man, there were some things that we talked about yesterday and "remembered" that I never thought that I would remember again! We talked about some of our funny times, scary times, and sad times. It was so much fun being able to reminisce about old times with these people that I love so dearly.
My cousin Chad Sisum and I became very close one summer and we hung out all the time. He admitted to me yesterday that he hung out with me that summer so much because of my best child hood friend, Amy Garmon. She had come up to Hiawassee from Atlanta to pretty much stay the whole entire summer with me. So, she was involved in most of the fun and excitement that we got in to that summer.
Some of the things that we remembered were the time that it was just Chad and I (we could not remember where in the world everyone else was???) but we were staying at my mom and dads and we were watching the movie IT by Stephen King. Well, it was on up in the night/early morning and we decided that we needed a pack of cigarettes. Well, we went through the change stash at my parents house and took enough money over to the Huddle House in Hayesville to buy a pack of cigarettes. We were oh so desperate. I remember that plain as day. That is also the night that I met my future boyfriend, Jon Reinhardt. He was hanging out at the Huddle House that night when we arrived to purchase the cigarettes.
We also thought back to the times that we ran off to the Cliffs in Blairsville. Charlene and I never did jump off the ropes and into the water but for some reason we apparently pressured Robbie into jumping, with floating devices attached to him so that he would not drown. Jeez. The memories that we all hold together...
It is oh so nice to be able to look back on all those times and think about how UNsafe many of the things were. I truly miss so many of the days that we all hung out and got into trouble or did many things that we could have gotten into trouble over...but many of the things that we got in to were not all trouble. We had loads of fun...and I miss those days. I wish that I could go back and relive many of the days and times that we lived through..it was so much fun...and you never really realize all of this until it is over and you are looking back on the memory of the event.
